This post discusses about two architectural engineer, Holloway and Reeves.
John Stephen Holloway, AIA (1923-2005)
John Holloway, a native of Raleigh, graduated from NCSU’s School of Architecture and Engineering in the 1940s. In 1986, he retired.
Ralph Bernard Reeves, JR. (1920-1984)
Reeves was born in Brunswick, Georgia. His family later transferred to Raleigh, where he completed his graduation from the Department of Architectural Engineering at NCSU in 1941. Reeves served as a captain in the Army and acquired a Bronze Star, Silver Star, and Purple Heart for his service in the Pacific during World War II; after returning to Raleigh, he worked for Cooper Haskins before starting his architectural exercise.
Holloway and Reeves both did many projects together.
